Goshen has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunication market and technology. Prior to BandWD Goshen was one of the founders of Wydeband ,Service creation and mediation solutions company (a Radware & Comverse company) and served as CTO and VP R&D. Before that Goshen worked for 10 years as Director of R&D and Chief Architect at ECI Telecom. Mr. Goshen Holds an MBA &M.Sc

Moshe Shani: VP Sales & Business Development
Moshe has more than 15 years of diverse experience in R&D, marketing, business development and sales. Moshe held senior positions in Comverse, ECI Telecom and ECtel. Moshe holds a B.Sc. in electrical & computer engineering from the Technion and MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Oleg Pogorolik: VP R&D
With 18 years experience in Software architecture & team management as well as deep knowledge in Network Management. Oleg has served in key positions in companies including ECI, Radware and Radvision as well as the co-founder of Wydeband.

Dr. Shai Benjamin: VP Technologies
with 17 years experience in development and engineering of communication systems. Companies where Shai has worked include ECI, Bigband and Smarts (US based and acquired by EMC in 2005). Formal education includes a UCLA doctorate and Hebrew University graduate of Mathematics and Physics and IDF Talpiot program participant.
