A service sends requests to the BwDRC™ platform which considers authorization of the request according to the following :

• Policy based parameters regarding the user, selected service, package, etc…
• Bandwidth availability considerations.

Bandwidth availability decisions are based on performing real-time monitoring of bandwidth load and implements bandwidth management rules per user/service/monitored network.
