The sunscriber is able to dynamically request additional bandwidth by sending BoD service request to the BwDRC™ platform which considers weather to authorize the request according to:

• Users service package and quota utilization.
• Policy based parameters regarding the users and selected service.
• Bandwidth availability considerations.

Bandwidth availability real-time decisions, are based on performing real time monitoring of bandwidth load and implement bandwidth management rules per user/service/monitored network.
